The Kentucky Historical Society and the Kentucky High School Basketball Hall of Fame are celebrating a century of high school basketball in the Commonwealth. The History Mobile will be at Campbellsville High School Friday, December 14 when Campbellsville High School hosts Marion County High School in a girl-boy doubleheader.
The History Mobile will be located in the front parking lot by the main entrance to the gym. The mobile will open at 5:00 P.M. eastern time and will remain open till the final buzzer of the boy’s game.
ADMISSION IS FREE OF CHARGE.
High school basketball’s impact in Kentucky does not stop when the final buzzer sounds. It helps to build community, teaches life lessons and brings unimagined opportunities to people who play the game.
The KHS History Mobile will be at games across the Commonwealth over the next three high school basketball seasons. During off seasons, it will be available for appearances at other venues.
Admission is free and open to the public.
