SOMERSET, Ky. (Oct. 22, 2018) – A Mexican company is moving their operations to Kentucky and promising hundreds of jobs at their new factory.
The company, which builds small weather resistant houses in only two to three weeks, is rebranding from RSTMEX to RSTUSA and building their plant in Somerset.
The company expects to fill 100 jobs in the first year for a variety of different positions. By 2022, they expect to have 400 jobs across a multi-building facility.
The company says minimum pay for workers will be $15 per hour plus benefits. RSTUSA plans to invest $20 million to build their plant in Pulaski County.
