Two people were arrested on multiple charges after a traffic stop Wednesday night, August 29th, in Taylor County. According to Kentucky State Police, 31 year old Justin Ratliff of Campbellsville was arrested and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine 1st degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence, public intoxication and failure to wear seatbelts. State Police say he was a passenger in a 2017 Dodge pickup truck being operated by 29 year old Sara Hartman of Campbellsville who was charged with speeding 23 MPH over, driving under the influence 1st, tampering with physical evidence, failure to have a driver’s license in her possession, failure to produce an insurance card and failure to wear seatbelts. State Police say a search of Ratliff and the inside of the truck turned up approximately 8 grams of suspected methamphetamine, smoke pipes, straws and several small baggies. The arrests were made around 9:30 P.M. eastern time on Hodgenville Road in Taylor County. Hartman and Ratliff were both lodged in the Taylor County Jail.
