A Taylor County businessman has been appointed to a state board. Governor Matt Bevin has appointed Faron Blakeman of Campbellsville to the Kentucky Licensing Board for Specialists in Hearing Instruments. Blakeman is the owner of Better Hearing Centers. He will represent specialists in hearing instruments and serve a term expiring July 31st, 2022. The Kentucky Licensing Board for Specialists in Hearing Instruments regulates and controls the licensing, conduct and operation of hearing instruments within the state of Kentucky.
