The 2019 Marion County Distinguished Young Woman of the Year competition was held Saturday night, August 4th. The winner was Kelly Miles, the daughter of Bobby and Leizel Miles of Lebanon. She also won the award for fitness, interview and self expression and was the overall scholastic winner. The first runner-up was Mya Emmons, second runner-up was Tessa Hillman and the third runner-up was Fernanda Reyes. Miles now moves on to the 2019 Kentucky Distinguished Young Woman of the Year program which will be held January 18th & 19th, 2019, at the Singletary Center on the University of Kentucky campus in Lexington.
