A traffic stop in Green County Tuesday night, July 31st, resulted in a Greensburg man being arrested on drug trafficking charges. According to Kentucky State Police, 30 year old Alexandro Reyes of Greensburg was arrested and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine 1st degree, possession of methamphetamine 1st degree, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication, disorderly conduct 2nd degree, illegal possession of a legend drug and having a prescription controlled substance not in a proper container. The arrest was made after a 2004 Mitsubishi automobile in which Reyes was a passenger was stopped about a mile east of Greensburg on Highway 68. The operator of that vehicle, identified as 34 year old Christina Graham of Campbellsville, was charged with driving under the influence. State Police say a small bag of marijuana and some cash was found in Reyes’ pocket and that a search of the car turned up more marijuana, methamphetamine, syringes, several small baggies, grinders, scales and prescription pills. Reyes and Graham were both lodged in the Taylor County Jail.
