Born: Stearns, Kentucky. Moved to Columbia when I was only five years old! "You can take the boy out of the
mountains...;)"
Education: Graduated from Adair County High School (83) and Eastern Kentucky University, (BA 87). Attended
Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (87-90)
Unusual fact: I worked for four different book store chains, prior to beginning my career in radio. A lot of books!
Favorite Artists: " From Bach to Bachman Turner Overdrive, I enjoy a variety of music."
Favorite Television: Currently liking AMC's Hell on Wheels & Mad Men and American Horror. Great Tv!
Favorite Actors: Paul Newman, Edward Norton & Kyle Chandler & Connie Britton
Favorite writers: "Pat Conroy, Rick Brown, Frederic Beuchner, Thomas Merton and many others!
Favorite Foods: "Anything saturated in garlic. Never been kissed by a vampire."
Favorite memory: "Hiking the Big South Fork area with my father."
Favorite places: "Quiet areas with lots of trees, anywhere near water and with my good friends who love to laugh."

Hobbies: Hiking, reading & being a part of the Vineyard community of Campbellsville, a proud supporter regional
theater and a fraternity of hikers who spend countless hours on Kentucky trails!
Favorite thing about your job: "I often tell people that I haven't worked since the early 80's. My job is too much fun to
be called work!"
