Two people were arrested on several charges Tuesday, April 24th, in Cave City after police initially responded to a call of an attempt to pass counterfeit money at the Watermill Restaurant. According to Cave City Police 24 year old Brandi Kersey of Horse Cave was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument, resisting arrest and menacing. Cave City Police also say that 27 year old Brandon Ragland of Bowling Green was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument and possession of a controlled substance. Both were lodged in the Barren County Jail. Cave City Police say more charges are pending.
